SOAP

  • She's Growing Light soap bars are formulated with simple, quality ingredients and are great for both your face and body. Simply wet the bar with warm water, lather for a few seconds, and apply the lather where you need a clean. 
  • We recommend doing a patch test first to ensure compatibility with your skin, especially those with sensitive or acne-prone facial skin. Our ingredients are readily available but please reach out if you have any specific concerns.
  • Each soap bar from She's Growing Light is handmade in small batches with size, color, design, and shape varying slightly due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products. 
  • We aim for 4 ounces per full-size bar and 2 ounces per mini bar. Please note that images on our website are for reference only. 
  • Gummy Bear bars are just over 2 ounces each.
  • Soap Scrap Scrub Bags aim for 5 ounces per bag. Ingredients will vary based on the scraps present at the time of packaging unless made up of specific batches (ex. our Spa Lavender + Pink Petals scrub bag). Please be aware a full ingredients list for the non-specific scrap bags is unavailable due to the random nature of their production.
  • Our soap bars have a shelf life of 8-12+ months in their original packaging. To extend their longevity after opening, store in a cool, dry place with proper drainage.

SOAP BASES 

We take great care in sourcing premium ingredients for our handmade products, and each soap base is thoughtfully selected. Below, you'll find a complete list of the ingredients used in the soap bases across our shop.

  • ALOE VERA SOAP BASE: coconut oil, safflower oil, glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), aloe vera, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, stearic acid, propylene glycol (made from vegetable glycerin)
  • GOATS MILK SOAP BASE: coconut oil, palm oil, safflower oil, glycerin, goat’s milk, aqua/water/eau, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, propylene glycol, sorbitan oleate, oat protein, titanium dioxide
  • SHEA BUTTER SOAP BASE: coconut oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, glycerin, water, sodium hydroxide, stearic acid, propylene glycol, cocamidopropyl betaine, sorbitol, shea butter, EDTA, titanium dioxide
