Shipping Information

All orders from She's Growing Light are shipped to anywhere in the United States via USPS or UPS.

• Priority Mail: 1-3 business days transit time

• Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days transit time

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1-7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@shesgrowlight.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to either reship your order (with additional shipping costs) or issue a refund.

If we encounter an issue with the provided shipping address, we’ll contact you for an update. Orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours if we do not receive a response.

Combining Orders

We automatically combine all orders placed under the same name and shipping address. If you’d prefer us not to combine your orders, please let us know!
